The Tea Room
Jim’s tea room was opened in July 2006 as a
natural extension of the shop and has become
an addition which is much appreciated by many
customers. The daily menu includes cream
teas, tea cakes, bacon rolls as well as cakes &
soups. All the soups, cakes, pies and scones
are home-made - you can tell the difference!
Why not catch up on the gossip and read
up-to-date English magazines whilst there.
The tea room is open from 10.00 to 15.00
on weekdays when the shop is open and
from 10.00 to 15.00 on Saturdays.
Group Reservations for up to 12 people for
lunch can be made 24 hours in advance.
The tea room is now WiFi enabled. Bring
your laptop and use the Internet for
free, before or after your shopping.
Enjoy a homemade cake and a nice cup
of tea whilst catching up on your emails.
Free Wi-Fi
Second-hand Books
A popular feature of the tea room is the
sale of second-hand books. Lots of
English novels and Childrens books are
available. Bring along your unwanted
books and select others in exchange. Or
if you just want to buy, they are on sale
for 1€ each or 6 books for 5€. Recent
Newspapers and magazines are also
available. You can even have a cream
tea whilst reflecting, or sample some of
the home-made goodies - pies, cakes,
soups etc. So set aside some time to
enjoy your visit.

A small ads notice board is available in
the Tea Room. Ads are free for our
